ABOUT
At Canyon Collective, we view each project as three-dimensional artwork—unique to the inhabitant. We combine natural materials with expressive detailing to create environments that evoke warmth, comfort, and a sense of connection.
We design spaces as complete environments—balancing atmosphere, function, and how they are lived in.
APPROACH
We design from the inside out. Circulation, proportion, and material integrity are considered as foundational elements—shaping how a space is used, not just how it is seen.
Across sectors, our work is grounded in functional living—spaces that support daily rhythm while maintaining clarity, restraint, and longevity.
JILLIAN ALLSTADT
Founder Jillian Allstadt studied interior design at Parsons The New School and was raised in a creative environment shaped by two artist parents in New York City.
Now based in California, her work is influenced by the landscape, light, and a lifestyle centered on balance and intention. Her approach focuses on how spaces function—shaping environments that support both experience and everyday use.
Jillian founded Gale Design Studio in 2017, later expanding the practice into Canyon Collective to bring together a broader, multidisciplinary approach to design.
CORY SALATINO
Cory focuses on creating interiors that balance form, function, and livability. His work emphasizes clarity, material precision, and thoughtful spatial planning.
Through a collaborative process, he translates client needs into environments that feel intuitive, refined, and grounded in everyday use.
